December - last edited December When I go on the gallery, instead of showing it like it usually does, it told me to connect to the internet. I tried, and it said it was unable to connect online.
So I tried telling Origin to connect to the internet, and it could do it no problem. Another game I use Origin for also seems to connect to the internet just fine, as far as I can tell. So far, I've tried in no particular order :. So far, nothing has worked. Yes, online services are enabled in my settings, and I do have a full Origin account instead of one that's controlled by my parents.
Anything else I can try? December Helps a lot with troubleshooting if you list details as you did. Do you have a laptop or a desktop computer?
Only other thing that comes in mind you can try is go over to a friends house and try with their wifi but that kinda only works if you have a laptop. Sometimes it's just something about the connection itself, especially if it's a University network, even if they have multiple.
I don't work or have any association with EA. Please only contact me via PM when asked to do so. Sometimes the IP addresses get confused, and this is a good way to start fresh, especially if you can't reboot the router as in your case.
Also, maybe try to log in to The Sims 4 Online Gallery? Maybe it will help your computer to remember where it is or tell you if the wifi is blocking the site for some reason.
I do not work for EA. I just volunteer to help other players. You can help others too! If a post solved your issue, click the Accept As Solution button. Was a post helpful to you? I have a laptop, but my friends all either live on campus or live several hours away, so there's no one I can visit right now to borrow their wifi.
I tried logging into the Online Gallery, and that worked fine, but it still wouldn't connect in game.Xbox one won't connect to the gallery [profile or cloud]. It says it needs to connect, I click connect, but then it'll just keep spinning as if it's thinking about connecting without actually connecting. Is it the servers or just my xbox?
Probably just be patient and keep trying. You can also try closing your game out and relaunching it to see if it helps. I don't work for EA. I'm a player helping other players. I personaly think its discrimination and a form of harrasment. My profile cant connect, yet my buddy, on the same xbox can. I am a hard critic. I am not mean, i am bluntly honest and factual.
My opinion is irrelevant vs facts. So maybe i and you got blocked, for different reasons. I first noticed my stuff being altered or removed. Then cant post or change anything on my own profile. Now i cant even check on things that are actually worth my time, by decent people of equal caliaber. I know i cant spell. I am on the x1 and had a stroke 2 years ago, so my spelling is crap. I dont mind your simple and to the point corrections.
Its been an ongoing issue, however as soon as i publicize it here, it is suddenly fixed. So yeah, go figure I have too many coincidences in my life to think things 'just happen'. Thanks for your reports, they help the team know something might not be working as expected!September I have been playing the game and it is running fine.
However, every time I go to use the gallery I can't because it says I am not connected to the internet even though I am. When I click connect in the gallery I get a pop-up saying " One or more of the sims connections is currently down, please try again later". It has been saying that for days. Any idea how to fix this so I can get connected??? I don't work or have any association with EA. Please only contact me via PM when asked to do so.
I'm having the same issue I then went into my anti-virus and made an exception for it there and it now works yay. Hope this helps someone! I am having the same issue. I have been playing for weeks with no problem. All of a sudden when I attempted to play today it says I am offline. I have tried restarting my computer, allow exceptions in my firewall, etc.
